Benefits

Psalms 103:2-4
2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
3 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
4 Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;
KJV

The word benefit means good. Therefore the Psalmist is saying forget not all the goodness of God. Can you
make a list of the goodness of God, Or at least a list of the goodness of God toward you and your loved ones.
Or would it not be better to go to the word of God and list all the benefits you find listed there and purpose in
your mind not to forget all these. For some day you may need of them that which you have not yet received.
None the less hold the benefits of God in your thoughts Don't forget them for they are yours. And I find it
amazing the things of God that belong to man yet they forget them because they do not think of them as
theirs.  And they are yours for you are heirs of God and joint heirs with Jesus. So what have you forgot that is
yours and you don’t have it because you forgot it. Take the psalmist advice and don't forget. Stir up your
remembrance by praying in the spirit and a daily diet of the word of God.
And as you remember your benefits. Remember also that he redeems your life from destruction by the blood
of Jesus so you can enjoy those benifits. And how did he do that? With his loving kindness and tender
mercies. And he forgave all your iniquities and healed all your diseases so you could enjoy those benefits. As
well as they are part of those benefits. This is the good life of Ephesians 2:10 amp.

Ephesians 2:10
10 For we are God's [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may
do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared
ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us
to live].

And by your mouth God satisfies you with good things. He did not list the good things here so you think of the
good things you want your mouth satisfied with and talk it over with God and you will be working out your
salvation with fear and trembling with God  the good things you want will be there .
And last of all is the secret of youth. Out of those good things you have worked out with God with your mouth
your youth will be renewed as an eagle. You will grow old. But you will retain youthful vitality as you do so. It is
part of God's benefits to you. Use it and stay full of youthful vitality. Remember youthful vitality is not a result
of your busy or slack schedule. It is a result of what you talked over with God and are doing.
