Come To The Throne Room
Hebrews 4:14-16
14 Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our
profession.
15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like
as we are, yet without sin.
16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
KJV
If we have a great high priest in heaven, and we do, then what is He doing? He is doing what every high priest does, only in the
heavenly holies, the one not made by man. He is in the presence of your Father where He presented His own blood to satisfy
the demands of the justice league of heaven. He is there representing your needs, your sacrifice of praise, your request, your
repentance and need of forgiveness and what you are saying as your confession of faith to the Father in His name.
Hebrews 3:1
1 Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ
Jesus;
KJV
He is there as your great high preist the one who tasted death for all men that all men might taste the life of God. He is there to
present and obtain on the behalf of all the church. He is there feeling what you feel, understanding your emotions hurting with
your pain. He is there because you have been discriminated against by the devil, the accuser of the brethren. He is there to
make sure you are not incriminated because of that accusation. He is there crying out for your innocence. He is there as your
way to the throne of grace. He is there holding the powers of hell at bay so you can come to the throne room and my friend
there is not one of us who does not need to come to the throne of grace at one time or the other. But you must come boldly!
Dare to come regardless of the voice of condemnation. Dare to come regardless of the voice of failure. Regardless of the
condition of your life or what your lifestyle may have become. Dare to come because if you don't you perish in spite of all your
high priest has done. All he has done and is doing is so you can come into this throne room justified by His blood to obtain
mercy! The mercy that rejoices against judgment. The mercy that knows you are guilty but cries pardon. The mercy that
disallows justice because you came boldly. The coming that says I have repented, I am broken and undone and would have
been done under except for mercy. I have come to be justified by Him who was delivered up for my transgressions here in the
throne room of grace.
I have come and have grace in my time of need. I have come because Jesus my high priest brought grace to me to become a
child of God as well as the grace needed now to remain a child of God with the help of God now in my time of need.
John 1:14-17
14 And the Word (Christ) became flesh (human, incarnate) and tabernacled (fixed His tent of flesh, lived awhile) among us; and
we [actually] saw His glory (His honor, His majesty), such glory as an only begotten son receives from his father, full of grace
(favor, loving-kindness) and truth. [Isa 40:5.]
15 John testified about Him and cried out, This was He of Whom I said, He Who comes after me has priority over me, for He
was before me. [He takes rank above me, for He existed before I did. He has advanced before me, because He is my Chief.]
16 For out of His fullness (abundance) we have all received [all had a share and we were all supplied with] one grace after
another and spiritual blessing upon spiritual blessing and even favor upon favor and gift [heaped] upon gift.
17 For while the Law was given through Moses, grace ( unearned, undeserved favor and spiritual blessing) and truth came
through Jesus Christ. [Ex 20:1.] AMP
If this is your time of need. Come to the throne room of grace or perish without. Your high priest has made a way to come. All
that remains is your daring to come. Your choice, if you lack the boldness or daring to come, ask and even that will be given
you. It is His provision for you to come the way He has made.
