Comfort Zone
2 Corinthians 1:3-4
3 Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort;
4 Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we
ourselves are comforted of God.

Isn't it pleasant knowledge to know that you’re Heavenly Father, Almighty God, the one who cannot fail at anything He supposes to do, the
one who can wipe away all that is known or unknown to man also heads up the mercy line setting in the mercy seat from where He hands
out what is necessary for humanity who cannot justly receive of that mercy except that we have been justified to receive by and in Christ
Jesus. How long will this be? Eternity! For this man Jesus has an unending and an unchanging priest hood. When you cannot get justice or
justice would separate us from the life of God. Cry out for mercy and live!
Lam 3:21-24
21 But this I recall and therefore have I hope and expectation:
22 It is because of the Lord's mercy and loving-kindness that we are not consumed, because His [tender] compassions fail not. [Mal 3:6.]
23 They are new every morning; great and abundant is Your stability and faithfulness. [Isa 33:2.]
24 The Lord is my portion or share, says my living being (my inner self); therefore will I hope in Him and wait expectantly for Him. [Num
18:20.]

Not only does he head up the mercy line, He is the source and the one who left some one in charge of handing out all the comfort you need
when you need it! The Holy Ghost.
What is comfort? We could give the dictionary definition of consolation. But I don't think that is enough. I like to say it like this, it is the
goodness of God that replaces the discomfort, not relieves but replaces! When you recognize your discomfort then you will have no
problem knowing what you need to comfort you. Then ask, believe and receive.
I would like to share something here about receiving that helps me.
John 16:7
7 However, I am telling you nothing but the truth when I say it is profitable (good, expedient, advantageous) for you that I go away.
Because if I do not go away, the Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Advocate, Intercessor, Strengthener, Standby) will not come to you [into
close fellowship with you]; but if I go away, I will send Him to you [to be in close fellowship with you] AMP
Jesus speaking, I told you God left some one in charge of handing out all the comfort you need, didn’t I? And when satan tries to keep you
from receiving that comfort, the one in charge will act on your behalf as that greater comforter and dispenser of the comfort coming from
your Father in these 6 different offices to guarantee you receive your comfort. Counselor, Helper, Advocate, Intercessor, Strengthener and
Standby! Take just a moment and define each one of these offices and see where the Greater Holy Spirit needs to act on your behalf today
to receive your comfort and invite the one God left in charge to take your charge today.
Not only do we have all this comfort but God gives us permission to give this comfort to those who are in trouble around us. Go ahead and
get someone into your comfort zone today.
