For Today
Many times in my Christian life I have heard statements and comments like; The age of miracles has passed away, that
is not for us anymore, that passed away with the apostles, God doesn't do this anymore, tongues is not for you,
healing is not for all, and that kind of faith is not real.
I used to let these statements bother me until I started searching the bible to find out what was and what was not for me
and what was still here and what was passed away. When I did I laughed at the ignorance of so many statements not
founded on the word of God.
They were hear say, religious tradition, and shear ignorance of the word of God.
Here is what I found to help me know what was mine from God. For today. And how it is placed in my possession.
First there is Deut. 29:29
Deuteronomy 29:29
29 The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our
children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.

If the secret things belong to God. Then He is probably not going to tell me about them because they are not mine.
And I don't need to concern myself with them. But if what is mine is revealed to me and my children, then I will know
about them and my children will know about them because they are ours. They are revealed to me by the living word of
God, for at the entrance of God's word comes light and gives understanding to the simply or unlearned. Understanding
of what we don't know but need to know. And we need to know what is ours by the revelation of God's word. Then there
is 1st.Co. 2:12 amp.
1 Corinthians 2:12
12 Now we have not received the spirit [that belongs to] the world, but the [Holy] Spirit Who is from God, [given to us]
that we might realize and comprehend and appreciate the gifts [of divine favor and blessing so freely and lavishly]
bestowed on us by God.

By the Spirit of God we can know what is ours. The Holy Spirit leads us as children of God.
Romans 8:14
14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

What is he leading us to?
John 16:12-15
12 I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.
13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but
whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
14 He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.
15 All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you. KJV
He leads us into all the truth. And what is truth? The word of God.
John 17:17
17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.

The knowledge of God revealed to us as to what is ours and is for us now. Search the word of God, be led of the Spirit
of God and you will come to understanding what is yours;
You must know because what is yours from God is received by faith.
And Faith does not go beyond your knowledge of the word of God.
How do these things come to us today? The same way our life in God began. JESUS!
Romans 8:32
32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all
things?

All things! The things that are revealed. All things that pertain to life and Godliness. All things are not everything but all
things are everything God promised in Christ Jesus. Such as, healing is for today and is for everyone, the Holy Ghost
baptism is for everyone and every one who wants him will receive him. The age of miracles has not passed away for it
was never an age of, it was and still is the God of miracles. What is yours is revealed to you. Just look to the word and
be lead by the Holy Spirit.
